AACSB Accreditation at Yeshiva University

The Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University is proud to be accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) for our on-campus and online Master of Business Administration (MBA) programs. AACSB accreditation is reserved for the most prestigious business schools, with fewer than 5 percent of business schools holding this distinction worldwide. Currently, there are more than 950 AACSB-accredited business schools worldwide.¹

The AACSB accreditation process is extremely rigorous; it requires a college or university to conduct a thorough self-evaluation and undergo an extensive peer-review process.² Upon receipt of accreditation, member institutions must commit to a five-year Continuous Improvement Review process that documents ongoing improvements in support of AACSB's stated mission and strategic management plan to maintain their accreditation status.

AACSB accreditation is recognized throughout the world as the longest-standing specialized accreditation a university and its business programs can earn. The AACSB Accreditation Standards challenge post-secondary educators to pursue excellence and continuous improvement throughout their business programs.
